The Ranger fans few hours before the violence. Alcohol fuelled (heavily) + chanting. Many stores were too afraid to stay open that evening....
Didn't get to do much in Manchester though. Too crowded due to the game and horribly dirty the next day. Mountains of trash left on the streets. Went to do some shopping instead...:)

Malaga, Spain 12.05.08
Last stop: I didn't spend much time here. Came here cos the return ticket was cheaper than returning from Seville. Famous for beach resorts & marina... but not a huge fan for those. Headed instead to the city centre and some ruins..
Granada, Spain 11.05.08
La Alhambra. Everyone came to Granada for this. hmmm....It's a huge ruin, with many palaces.

A beautiful city in South Spain
The Cathedral - A Must for Everyone visiting Seville. Parts of the cathedral were built in different era, sparking different architecture "fashion" in the building. And it used to be a mosque too. Converted to Cathedral.
In the cathedral too: Christopher Colombus Tomb. Its a bit dark, hope you can see

A Short 1 Day Trip around Madrid
A very beautiful plaza...forgot the name though. I saw it in a postcard and asked the salesgirl where is it. She pointed the place on the map and OFF ME GO..:)
A must for Art Lover. The famous art musuem. But I must say, after looking at their collections, I don't really fancy Spanish art. It seems a bit dull...
The Real Palace. The royals don't stay here, only used it for official events. They build this with reference to the Versailles. But I think the interior is richer than those in Versailles.

The Famous Tart. Originated from the nuns in the monastry. Today, only 3 breathing human being have the receipie in their head.
The Empayar
The city view. Due to a huge tsunami in the 18th century, the whole city were destroyed, casualities on that day alone was 50,000. They rebuilt the whole city, and thus the building looked new
